Initial Consultation with
an Attorney- $150
One of our attorneys will meet with you for a 20-minute phone or Zoom meeting.
We want to hear your concerns and determine how we can help. By the end of the meeting, you will have a better idea of the next steps and anticipated costs. If you hire us, we will credit that consultation fee toward your total.

Our Hourly Rates for 2025 are:
$395/hour for Attorney time
$195/hour for Paralegal time

We are elder law and estate planning attorneys able to serve clients located anywhere in Massachusetts. Our office is located in Belmont, Massachusetts, and we can easily meet in person with anyone who lives in the Greater Boston area. The towns closest to us are Belmont, Arlington, Lexington, Watertown, Waltham, Newton, Dedham, Needham, Burlington, Weston, Wellesley, Boston, Allston, Brighton, West Roxbury, Weston, Framingham, Natick, etc. If you do not live near us, we are often able to do most work remotely or use a remote notary to help execute documents.
