Step #1: Creating your Aging Ally Plan:

Evaluating your ability to qualify for MassHealth or Veteran’s Benefits

Identifying your aging allies, people that you want to look out for you.

Identifying who will serve as power of attorney, health care proxy, trustee, or personal representative. We are willing to serve in these roles..

Step #2: Providing you with a Safety Net:
If you choose to appoint our attorneys to act in important decision making roles we will build an ongoing relationship, so we will be prepared to implement your wishes if there is a crisis. Our "Safety Net Plan" includes:

Scheduled check ins

Annual meetings to review and update your legal, financial, medical, housing and social situation

Updates to your existing legal documents as needed

Checking in annually with your Aging Allies team
